For clinicians seeking to deepen their own process and those they work with, this 2-day training is an invitation to learn how self-compassion, focused awareness, and conscious practice of the primary Brainspotting Principles can dissipate patterns of subconscious living and limiting core beliefs. Participants will learn innovative approaches to be mindful and intentional with their attention and strengthen self-attunement to implement a paradigm shift when activation transpires. Through philosophical application of the Uncertainty Principle, WAIT, staying in the tail of the comet, dual attunement, and expansion of internal resources, we can create greater velocity and less friction. In parallel, the lens of self-compassion,  buffers the suffering involved in confronting, diffusing, comforting, and transforming emotions before they seep into action and deconstructive symptomology.

A new setup will be taught, demonstrated and practiced in dyads to support clinicians in strengthening the frame to neutralize protective, defense patterns, build stamina and extend the window of tolerance. Practicums seek to inspire a nurturing presence to hold dichotomous emotions and experiences simultaneously. Fervent experiential exercises are ingrained in this training to bridge clarity, curiosity, authenticity, and discernment in lieu of rigidity, judgment, or blame. This training serves to bring synchronicity to those with intense patterns of perfectionism, judgment, and inner criticism to ultimately gain traction in following inner rhythms over external conditioning and pressures.

Join us in turning pain into power and bringing courage to deep questions and compassion to the collective.

This 2 day group experiential, intermediate training is an opportunity for Brainspotting professionals to learn, embody, and practice Brainspotting principles through mindfulness and intentional alignment. Participants will enhance their awareness of subconscious living patterns, stories, emotions, and the somatic interplay that’s animated in everyday life as well as in clinical practice. This intensified focused mindfulness will stimulate a deeper understanding of activation patterns and their connection to emotional experiences and limiting core beliefs. By inviting and inhabiting the Uncertainty Principle, participants will expand their window of tolerance and discover how to apply self-compassion as the antidote to subconscious living. The framework of WAIT will be conceptualized as a fundamental intervention to apply to one’s internal processing in and outside of a professional context. Teachings will focus on the practical application of staying in the tail of the comet when experiencing and processing emotions. The resource model will enhance relational attunement to self and others through organic integration of self-compassion, the embodiment of values, and nourishment of participants’ core authenticity and seat of consciousness.

A new setup will be taught, demonstrated, and practiced in dyads. This setup will support clinicians in creating a framework for working through defenses and protective patterns while bridging clarity, curiosity, authenticity, and discernment in lieu of rigidity, judgment, or blame. The experientials of this seminar aim to embrace a paradigm shift by applying Brainspotting principles and self-compassion interventions to live more intentionally and cohesively. Practicums seek to inspire a nurturing presence and expand tolerance to hold dichotomous emotions and experiences simultaneously. Minimum requirement for attendance is Brainspotting Phase 1.
