Brainspotting is a therapy approach that accesses memories, emotions, somatic experiences, and information held in deeper parts of the brain and body. In Brainspotting, we engage the body, sensory systems, and visual field to identify, process emotions and information held in the body.
It takes courage to look inside ourselves, reflect on struggles, and take new steps forward but the strengths and healing you can cultivate is transformative. Therapy is an investment of your time, money, and energy but the healing and growth that results is long-lasting and life-changing.
Relationships are everything. Conflict, frustration, and disconnection happen in families. It is important to notice strains in your relationships and make necessary repairs. Family therapy is a process of identifying unproductive patterns and triggers of conflict while also learning healthy communication and ways of positive interaction. Start connecting to allow these relationships to grow and flourish.

Brainspotting is an incredibly effective treatment method for relieving unwanted symptoms and dysregulation by processing emotional triggers and releasing built up stress. This gives us the capacity to expand our internal resources, resulting in more clarity, self-actualization, or performance enhancement. Seize the opportunity to be and feel at your absolute best.
