Ruptures and conflict are inevitable but we need relationships and connection to grow, love, and learn. Communication to repair and resolve disconnection is imperative to strengthening your relationship and creating more honesty, trust, openness, nurturing, and acceptance. I offer a communication-based therapy interweaving Imago Dialogue, Brainspotting, and Parts work to overcome these challenges and nourish the relationship you want.
Typical appointments are 50 minutes in length but, in some cases, clients may need extended sessions (i.e. 90 min, 120 min., etc.) to fully process a trauma or work through a presenting issue. Intensives are also an option to those who may be traveling from outside of the St. Louis area and are seeking specific therapy services in which your needs cannot be met in a typical 50 minute session or an extended appointment. Depending on availability, half day or full day options can be scheduled in advance. In these circumstances, terms, conditions, and prorated fees will be discussed and agreed upon before scheduling an appointment.
