"Your mind can change your molecules."
-Dan Siegel

Brainspotting is a therapy approach that accesses memories, emotions, somatic experiences, and information held in deeper parts of the brain and body. In Brainspotting, we engage the body, sensory systems, and visual field to identify, process emotions and information held in the body.

It takes courage to look inside ourselves, reflect on struggles, and take new steps forward but the strengths and healing you can cultivate is transformative. Therapy is an investment of your time, money, and energy but the healing and growth that results is long-lasting and life-changing.
